It’s been a while since my last workout update. I’ve been hitting the gym twice a week despite traveling, and feeling proud of my consistency. I’ve also started focusing on eating better, which is a struggle. Trying new supplements and adapting workouts to different gyms has kept things interesting. Excited for what’s next!
